Let’s talk about Telehealth. When our world shifted during COVID times, we had to get more comfortable with video interactions. As I started seeing clients in my practice, I wondered if I would feel as connected with people not seeing them in person. I have found meeting through telehealth to be a great experience! It allows me to work with people from all over South Dakota. It saves the client time and travel costs, while receiving dedicated care. Finding services in rural areas can be challenging. I am so thankful for being able to provide care in this way. Please reach out if I can answer any questions or offer help.

Well, it’s Valentine’s Day. Let’s talk about LOVE. When you feel loved, by family, friends, a significant other, it can make life feel easier. We all know that there are days when love is fun, exciting, comforting. There are also the days when love hurts. This can impact other areas in our lives. We all go through ups and downs in our relationships. When we can love and trust ourselves, the process is easier. Sometimes there is healing that needs to happen for us to truly love ourselves. I am here to help you sort through the good and hard of love.

The new year is upon us! Do you love to make new goals for the New Year? I really believe in being intentional with our time, relationships, and things important to us all year. I definitely understand roadblocks or lack of motivation at times. The barriers that keep us from living whole can be worked on any time. I am here to help by providing support, tools for change and to process those things that keep us stuck. I have immediate openings.

The holidays are almost here. This is a time of mixed emotions for most people. I know that along with holiday cheer, there are also additional worries. Many people struggle with a longer list to get done, financial concerns and some people are experience deep grief. This can be a time that triggers big emotions for so many reasons. I am so happy to announce that it is time to get started! I am open for scheduling sessions! I am able to accept Sanford Insurance, United Healthcare, Medicaid, and private pay. Avera Insurance and Aetna are still being processed but will be accepted soon.

I will be focused on working with adults and couples. I have extensive training in trauma work and family dynamics. I am looking forward to making connections to promote health and healing.
