Our aim is to empower patients through concierge services that advocate for your best outcomes while also simplifying your healthcare journey. Nicole Hanson and Jackie Faryna met in 2018 while travel nursing in Arizona. The two went separate ways as they continued their nursing careers. Ultimately, Nicole returned to her hometown of Sioux Falls only to receive a message and learn that Jackie too,

was living here. The two reconnected and spent much time discussing their trials faced as nurses across the spectrum of care they experienced. These conversations grew to an idea that is now today, Nurse Connect. Nurse Connect is a Nursing Concierge service that promotes health, wellness, and advocacy for patients who need support in the city of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities of Brandon, Tea, and Harrisburg. We are passionate about helping people reach their healthcare goals and better understanding their own care needs.

Meet Jackie. As a Nurse Practitioner, Jackie works with the hospitalist group at Avera, providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She also volunteers with Midwest Street Medicine, a cause deeply personal to her due to the loss of a family member to drug addiction and su***de.
This experience fuels Jackie's commitment to kindness and support for every patient she encounters. Additionally, Jackie cofounded Nurse Connect, a small business focused on patient advocacy and education. Jackie believes strongly in giving back to the community, and through her professional and volunteer work, she strives to make a meaningful impact by fostering hope and healing.
We feel so lucky to have Jackie volunteering and sharing her expertise with the Midwest Street Medicine team! 🧡

We are so excited to announce that we will now be available for postpartum services. As trusted nurses and mother’s ourselves, we will be delighted to serve new parents in the initial postpartum period and beyond.
Our nurses can help with baby so you can take a break, get some rest, run errands or go to appointments. If you feel most comfortable with baby by your side, we can accompany you and take your bundle of joy for walks in their stroller while you get your errands done or catch up on your life.

Our Year in Review!

Nurse Connect was at Garfield Elementary - 19 last night for their Health Fair! We spent time with kids going over healthy food and the importance of exercise and sleep. Lots of amazing vendors were present including lss.southdakota and Hy-Vee Dietitians!

Stay active during these colder months by bundling up for walks or finding a local gym or looking up free workouts on YouTube! Natural endorphins through activity can really help when those winter blues sneak in.

Lots of fun things this next week for Nurse Connect!

We will be joining the Craft and Vendor Fair at Peace Lutheran Church on Saturday, November 2nd from 9am-1pm. Come check out our booth as we have a blood pressure station, health quiz, and candy galore.

Monday November 4th is our Business Launch Party and Ribbon Cutting! Arrive by 4:30pm to hear from Co-founders Jackie and Nicole, the Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce, and witness our ribbon cutting. We'd love to see you anytime you are able to attend as we will have snacks, drinks, free giveaways, and a raffle drawing for our very own Nurse Connect gift card!
