Super excited for Kimberly to be in Dc representing Sanford Research for Rare Disease Day

Kimberly had a great day spent at NIH rare disease day in DC. With talks on everything from AI’s place in rare disease research to presentations from the patient perspective, it was a great reminder of how important the work we do is!

From all of us in the Weimer Lab, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year. 🎄 We are deeply grateful to the families and patients who trust us with their stories, and to the truly extraordinary scientists we’re lucky to work alongside every day. We’re especially thankful for our hardworking, collegial, and collaborative team—science is better (and more fun) when it’s done together. ✨ Sharing a little look back at ornaments from years past… and stay tuned—tomorrow we’ll reveal this year’s new addition!
