Happy Birthday to our Massage Therapist, Tatyana! She has been with us since April as a receptionist while in Massage Therapy School. In August, upon graduating Massage Therapy School, she became one of our full time Massage Therapists! Right now she is out of state, but will return at the end of the month. Thank you to all the veterans out there!
Congrats to our owner, Danielle with retiring this month after 20 years as a Medic in the SD Air National guard while also being full time mom, massage therapist and running Tru Massage Therapy. Danielle stumbled across massage therapy program after coming back from military tech school and clinicals where she had worked with medical assistants in lab. She went to NAU to look at switching from nursing to medical assistant. She ended up signing up as a double major to do medical assisting and massage therapy due to not being able to start medical assisting classes til fall but massage program could start in summer. She started massage classes and loved it, dropping medical assisting. Who knows if she would have found her massage career if it wasnt for joining the military to help with nursing classes. She is very thankful military and massage found her.
