✨ Scap Sets – Pinch those shoulder blades back and down like you’re tucking them into your back pockets. (Posture = upgraded.)

👀 Chin Tucks – Maintain eyes on a spot in front of you and give yourself a double chin. No nodding, maintain eye level- just smooth and steady. Hello, neck relief!

🪑 Pelvic Tilts – Press the small of your back into your chair like you’re squishing a bug, but keep that b***y planted. Core = quietly activated.
