We’ve been busy! That’s my excuse for posting late! 😜 We played noodle fishing which was a lot of fun! Emil was the most successful fisherman! We also played trivia twister. That is always fun to see what we know and don’t know! After the game was over, we sat around and asked trivia questions about our residents. I think we need to do this more often! Fun to get to know each other. Yesterday, we had our Country Store. Great participation and got some much needed dollars back so we have more to hand out!!

We played a new game; Newspaper Race. We put them into 3 teams. The first round they just needed to get the paper through the fastest by using only there feet. The second round had a cup sitting on it and they couldn’t tip over the cup. If they did, they had to start over. The third was much harder…a bowling pin. The 2nd and 3rd round took quite a bit of concentration!After 3 rounds the score was Flamingos -1, Bluebirds - 1 and Canaries - 1. Ran a third race and the Flamigos came out on top!! It was not to bad for our first try!!

The beautiful flowers were also inside! Of course all of our residents are beautiful but they are crafty as well during craft hour today. I would love to take credit for the last painting but that was one of our staff, Elmira! It didn’t take her much time at all to create that masterpiece
