Twenty years ago today, we welcomed our very first resident in Sioux Falls.

Over the past two decades, we have been honored to walk alongside so many residents and families through life’s journeys and milestones. We are deeply grateful for every resident who has called StoneyBrook Suites home, every family who has trusted us with their loved one’s care, every staff member who has poured their heart into this community, and every community partner who has supported us along the way. ❤️

As we reflect on this milestone, we are filled with gratitude for the people who have made this journey so meaningful. You are all part of our story, and we could not have done it without you.

We are excited to celebrate this special anniversary with our community throughout the summer and into the fall. Watch for opportunities to celebrate with us during our Summer Food Truck Days and at our 20th Anniversary Open House this September. More details will be shared soon!

Happy Friday! Easter was Sunday but this week we had egg races! Better late than never, right? We found that: 1- it doesn’t take long for a real hard boiled egg to crack. 2- they are much heavier than a plastic egg. We have the best residents though. They are always willing to participate in our little shenanigans!! I’ll attach some videos to this post as well!!

Stoneybrook had a special visit from some very beautiful puppies and their owner, Rebekah Schelhaas. This is the second time that West Falls Family Pups LLC has brought a litter of puppies to visit our residents and they absolutely love them. They are the nicest puppies!! Thank you so much for the extra effort to bring them across town to be loved on by the entire Stoneybrook Family!!

We had a great day on St Patrick’s Day! Our residents are the best!! They all dressed the part and we had so much participation at our party! We had Shamrock Shakes, green beer, meat and cheese and green eggs!! 🤷‍♀️Thank you families for sharing these folks with us!!
