💡 Did You Know?
Getting a massage can temporarily increase your height? By as much as ¼ to ½ an inch right after your session!

That’s because massage helps release tension and decompress the spine, allowing the discs between your vertebrae to rehydrate and expand slightly. It’s not permanent, but it’s a neat reminder of how much tension we literally carry in our bodies every day.
