We got blessed with so much beautiful snow here in Fargo North Dakota❄️✨ We made a safe little venture out for some medicine 🌱 and stocked up on all the good groceries I’m gonna make us some chicken noodle soup & Gabubu bread!
🥛🍎🥯🥦🦐🫘🍔🌭🥙🥗 Now we are cozy at home, grounded, grateful, and happy….. Rest, reset, and realignment. We trust perfect timing and know everything is working in our favor. Shipping will resume as soon as it is safe and clear 🤍

I got some good news about my Graves’ disease. My bloodwork shows my thyroid is finally leveling out. My medication has been reduced and I won’t need to see my endocrinologist for 6 months.

Now I’m just waiting to feel like myself again after being off balance for so many years. Thank you for being patient with me as I relearn my body. This healing journey has pushed me to fix parts of myself I didn’t even know needed attention.

The thyroid really affects everything. I’m grateful to be finding my way back.

is how deep your roots go.
They don’t see the nights you held yourself together.
The healing you chose instead of hurting others.
The way you stayed kind in a world that tried to harden you.
Some people only understand what’s visible. They judge the leaves, the height, the shape.
Never realizing your strength lives underground.
You are not who they say you are!
You are everything you built in silence.
Everything you survived without applause…
And one day…..
even if they never understand you,
the life you grow will speak for itself.

As I grow, I’m learning to be intentional about who I stand beside. Not everyone is meant to walk with you. Some people drain, some distract but the right ones remind you who you are. They speak life into you, stand solid when things get heavy, and celebrate you without hesitation.
Protect your energy. Stay close to those who see you clearly and still choose to stand with you.
