Matthew D Kimmeth (YogaMatt) owner of Aterna Yoga, will be guest teaching this weekend November 15th and 16th at Ironwood Yoga.

Matthew has worked in the wellness field for nearly 20 years as a yoga teacher trainer, retreat leader, life coach, and musician. He has led seasonal weekend retreats in Door County for over 10 years and is in town for his Fall Oneness weekend retreat.

Come experience Matthews style of energetic and mindful teaching based upon the Koshas. Whether vitality flow, sound healing, or restorative, all 3 class styles offer a unique approach to cultivating unity and alignment in one’s whole self.

Hello Ironwood Yoga & Pilates Community!

My name is Kristin (Wilson) Nemecek and I am grateful for the opportunity to join the team at Ironwood. I have been practicing yoga for almost two decades and had an opportunity to get certified in 2014. Since then, yoga has been a huge part of my life. From teaching weekly classes, to studio management and most recently, studio co-ownership, yoga and its teachings have blessed me through many moves, transitions and accompanying phases of life. Fun fact, I actually met my husband in a yoga class!

I grew up in Ephraim and I am incredibly excited to have moved back with my husband, Dean and our son, Wilson. In 2025, we took ownership of Pioneer Acres Cottages in Ephraim, which we are now the 3rd generation of the Wilson family to own! We have 4 older kiddos that are in college & the workforce across Wisconsin.

I look forward to meeting you & practicing alongside you on your mat!

Come into the calm & reset your equilibrium. This Sunday (every last Sunday monthly) Journey to Inner Space, a sound healing experience at Ironwood Yoga Studio from 4pm-5:30pm 🌊

90 minutes of guided meditation soundbath , grounding breathwork, & deep relaxation. This is not an active movement practice, come ready to get cozy & dreamy.

This monthly offering is a retreat from the fast pace of daily life. It is a space for returning to your center & remembering what lights your fire from within. 🔥

Drop into deep relaxation delta brainwaves riding the waves of sound frequencies. Treat yourself to an otherworldly float on the sea of your subconscious.🪐

Join James and Brigid this Sunday 8/17 at 6pm for RESTORATIVE YOGA & SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE. We will begin with a 45 minute series of gentle, restorative supine yoga postures guided by Brigid Shannon, opening our bodies to receive the healing vibrations of the sound bowls. This practice stimulates and soothes the internal organs, calming the central nervous system, leaving you feeling at ease and grounded. We’ll sit or lay down comfortably in svásana for a 45 minute sound bath with James Mead, taking us into a deep state of relaxation.
*Modifications and use of props are offered to allow students of all levels to participate comfortably and safely.

Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are all provided as well as hot tea & water to hydrate after the session.

Just bring yourself + an open mind.

Relax, receive, & reset.

Sessions run 90 minutes, 6pm-7:30pm

Sound baths are held in the Pilates studio.

Doors open at 5:45pm, come early to set yourself up comfortably.

Can you believe it?! Today marks 11 years of Ironwood Yoga! 🎉 🎉And what better way to celebrate than by starting our Summer Yoga Schedule! This studio's journey has been a heartfelt labor of love for our family, and for all the amazing teachers and clients who've grown into family right alongside us. We're so grateful for the love, healing, strength, and wellness we've built together. Looking forward to watching these Ironwood roots continue to grow deeper for years to come!🫶✨✨✨

Get ready to move! Our Pilates summer schedule officially begins on JUNE 9th! This date is extra special for us as it marks Ironwood Yoga's 11th Birthday AND Ironwood Pilates' very first! 🥳 We are so incredibly proud of the hard work, passion, and transformation we've seen this past year, all made possible by Marnie and James's dedication to our wonderful Pilates community.

We're also thrilled to announce that Brigid Shannon & Aleah Kidd are joining our instructor staff, bringing even more incredible options and support to your practice.
