I have spent much of my life staying small, hiding from the bigness that life might require of me for fear of coming up short. That smallness comes at a cost that I am no longer willing to pay, a cost that I'm coming to realize has been far too dear.

I knew when I started on the path of Massage Therapy that I wanted to work independently, to put my values into action and create a healing space that is my offering to those who come to me for relief in this all too demanding and overwhelming world. It has been, and continues to be, such a deep labor of love that is teaching me so much about myself and being human. I am clearer than ever about what matters to me, about my capacity to be vulnerable and courageous, about my ability to overcome the inner and outer obstacles to manifesting, about my boundaries, and so much about grace and patience. It's real uncomfortable outside my comfort zone, but there is something precious beyond measure in this growing space which will be my gift to the future I believe we all deserve.

I hope to share this healing space, the knowing in my hands, and the wisdom in my heart with you next time you need a reprieve from the muchness of the world.
