We are so excited to welcome back Erin Walker .air_out to the yoga studio schedule! Join Erin on Mondays and Wednesdays starting the first week of January 2026 for this new class! 🧘‍♀️

Vibrant Vertebrae:
Experience the mobility and strength of your spine by investing in the vital movements of your back muscles and joints. This series of classes will explore flexion, extension, lateral motion, and rotation (twists). We will approach these movements with kindness, meeting our bodies where they are each day. A portion of each class will use movement and stillness to create space and strength from the roots of the tailbone to the crown of the head. Each class will be a stand-alone experience, but consistency may provide greater benefits. Please join me in increasing your vertebral vibrance!

6-weeks of classes - Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:30am - 12:45pm
Regular class rates apply. No yoga experience required.
