Good morning, everyone!
It’s a whopping 33° outside, but our wonderful Lodge residents are staying warm indoors while getting our hearts pumping with some exercise. We love kicking off the day with our Strength and Balance class with Sherri
Come join us and explore our variety of exercise classes for the week. Here’s the schedule:
Monday through Friday at 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM Different exercises each day, so you can see which one fits your needs.

It may be cold outside, but The Lodge residents are still getting out and about! We had a wonderful lunch at Red Robin and even did a little shopping. It’s so nice to spend time with friends and enjoy the day together.

We get 300+ sunny days a year… and no, we’re not humble about it.
