In conclusion of our week-long celebration of our CNAs, staff and residents wore t-shirts today featuring the baby pictures of our CNAs. This marks a wonderful conclusion to a week dedicated to showing appreciation for their invaluable contributions.

National Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Week is celebrated from June 12th to 18th.

This special week is dedicated to celebrating the compassion, empathy and hard work our Certified Nursing Assistants put forth each day. It's a time for us to thank them for all they do in to provide outstanding patient care.

Yesterday, we kicked off this week with sweet treats and extra goodies as our way of saying, "Thanks for all you do!"

The Tyler County Leo Lions Club dedicated an evening planting flowers at our entrance sign. We express our sincere gratitude for the young volunteers who took the time to help others! Commendable work!

We extend our gratitude to Jason Stoneking for his generous contribution!

Jason volunteered fishing equipment and his time for a day at the pond with our residents. Everyone enjoyed the blue skies, spring weather and certainly reeling in those fish!!

We can't wait to do it again!!

POW 🔥 National Nursing Home Week is over but the fun never stops!
Today was Superhero Day.
We celebrated the end of the week with a Spaghetti Bar and our residents were treated to an Ice Cream Bar with all the toppings!

Day 4 Hippie Day.

The week is almost over, but the activities persist. Residents enjoyed making Tie Dye shirts and our employees loved the Baked Potato Bar. We look forward to the activities planned for the final day of Nursing Home Week.

Gardening is a labor of love, requiring patience and attention, and that it can be a source of joy and connection with nature. Our residents are loving this nice weather! Our raised beds are perfect for beautiful flowers and our veggie plants.
