Swan Lake Senior Center Temporary Closure

The Swan Lake Senior Center will be temporarily closed through May 31, 2026 to allow for important upgrades to the building’s fire sprinkler system.

These improvements are part of the City’s commitment to keeping our community members and staff safe for years to come.

During this time, the facility will be closed to the public and all in-person programs will be paused. We know how important the center is for connection and community, and we truly appreciate your patience while this work is completed.

Mark your calendars! Sitka Summer Camp registration goes live at recreation.cityofsitka.com on Tuesday, April 14 at noon. Elementary school students are invited to join us for a summer of fun, full of field trips, hiking, games, art, and much more!

Scholarships are available thanks to the Sitka Recreation Foundation, please apply at least 24 hours prior to camp registration for staff approval.
