🍗 Prioritize lean protein — about 30 g per meal!
🥗Focus on adding non-starchy vegetables to every single meal or snack — low calorie, high nutrient content, high fiber & very filling
🥑 Add a moderate fat source to each meal for balancing blood sugars and helping you stay full — bonus if this is a healthy fat like avocado, olive oil, nuts/nut butters or a protein source that has both (like salmon!)
💧 Stay hydrated with low calorie options like plain water with lemon or lime, seltzers & non caffeinated herbal teas
Not only do all of these tips focus on ADDING something to your diet to maintain a healthy mindset (arguably most important), but they also can help to 👇
