It’s never just the time on the table. What you do in between matters just as much:

• Stay hydrated, your muscles (and nervous system) need it
• Keep moving, gentle stretching + regular movement > staying stiff
• Pay attention to your posture, yes even on your phone
• Don’t ignore tension when it starts, small issues turn into big ones
• Prioritize rest, your body heals when you slow down
• Be consistent with your sessions instead of waiting until you’re in pain

We can do a lot during your appointment…
but the results last way longer when you meet us halfway.
