I haven’t posted in a while. Here’s updated information about what we offer.

September offer: New patients receive 15% off Wellevate vitamin orders. Refer a friend and receive a free 20 minute follow up consultation.

Personalized consultation with a fellowship trained pharmacist who will work with your medical provider to improve health and optimize wellbeing.

In addition, we provide individualized vitamin and herbal supplement recommendations based on an integrative medicine approach.

Consultation Includes:

* Meeting with a pharmacist to determine your greatest needs or opportunities for drug or natural (herbal or vitamin) alternatives to replace or augment traditional medical treatments.

* Drug Interaction Review Utilizing Clinical Pharmacology Software taking into account current medications and disease states.

* Assessment of Nutrient Depletions based on current medications, intake form and labs that may have been included.

* Recommendations for Vitamin Supplements, Compounded Medications, and Suggestions for therapeutic modifications of current medication regimens are sent to the collaborating medical provider for further review.

* Assistance with dosing and followup treatment recommendations for compounded bioidentical hormone replacement.

* Assistance with dosage adjustments or medication changes with alternative treatments such as medical ma*****na and other non traditional or off label treatments. We will work in conjunction with your primary care provider and specialist.

* Areas of specialty: Autoimmune disease, Menopause, Andropause, Allergies, Insulin Resistance, Pain Management, Natural Detoxification, 4R programs (for GI issues - intestinal malabsorption syndromes), etc.

* Consultations are 45 minutes long and cost $60. HSA/FSA Accepted

Happy 4th of July!

Today I created a Facebook group focusing on women’s issues. The name of it is: Integrative Pharmacist Consulting - Bioidentical Hormones and Beyond 😊

I am looking to incorporate some fun into my life and thought that this would be a great way to meet people who have similar interest to me. Whether you see yourself as a patient or not, please feel free to join in and comment about women’s issues and related conditions.

I’m looking to keep things humorous and fun so suggestions are always welcomed. Men are not discouraged from the group. I think a healthy conversation should also include what they go through. It has been my experience in the pharmacy that male issues are similar to the female issues. I welcome the debate between the men and the women. So, the initial focus is on women’s health, but we can see where things go as people join and the group progresses.
