These are times of much anxiety, fear and uncertainty. I have carefully considered my course of action and will continue to stay informed. Adam and I will continue to offer weight training & flexibility sessions at Well Holistic. We are also opening our calendar for more private sessions if you are at higher risk and uncomfortable with sharing space. We are 100% committed to best safe practices and are following the guidelines set by the city with extra precautions.

πŸ“£ The room is large and meets the space requirements set forth by the City. But we are limiting groups size to allow extra distancing space. We can easily practice safe social distancing while we exercise, stretch and meditate together.

πŸ“£ We are sanitizing before and after every session.

It is important, now more than ever, for all of us to take action steps toward being healthy and boosting our immune system by choosing health promoting foods, stepping outside to put our feet in the dirt, breathing fresh air, soaking up the sun and moving our bodies. I believe by taking action steps toward health, we can begin to step away from fear.

I challenge you to consider what you are doing right now, today. Is it serving you well? Are your actions promoting good health? Do you believe your next meal will serve your body well? When all of this is behind us, will you be better for it, or will you tell me that you gained weight because you ate everything in sight for days on end, while you binged on netflix?

These chair sessions are near & dear to my heart! There are SO many reasons why someone may need this type of exercise, from a 25+ year old recovering from an injury to a 40+ year old on a long weight loss journey to a 99 year old working to maintain or gain mobility...maybe the entire workout is done seated and maybe only part of it.
I believe 100% that whatever the issue is, there IS something we can do to build strength and improve!
There was a time when I needed a chair workout session and I know all to well how difficult that can be mentally. Just get out of your own way and cross that fear barrier. You know, that fear barrier crammed tall and wide with objections (I remember it well) and message me to get started! You'll be amazed at how good it feels!!

Please help me spread the word and share this 😊 My sessions are not normal "classes" I develop the workouts around who is in the session. Sometimes everyone is doing a different variation to suit their bodies needs...and I am watching every single person, to ensure good form and prevent injuries...which also means my classes can't get too big and you'll need to sign up!
I'll be at Well Holistic every Monday and Friday morning for these sessions, starting in February!
I'm super excited to meet some new faces and hope to see some faces I already know!! 😍πŸ’ͺ

What if I just lighten up!?! ALOT! Since I am an eternal being (and I believe that we are all eternal beings), do I need to be so damn serious about this life? What if I just lighten up and stop taking everything so seriously? What if I stop making every decision monumental and stop worrying about getting EVERYTHING right???
