These are times of much anxiety, fear and uncertainty. I have carefully considered my course of action and will continue to stay informed. Adam and I will continue to offer weight training & flexibility sessions at Well Holistic. We are also opening our calendar for more private sessions if you are at higher risk and uncomfortable with sharing space. We are 100% committed to best safe practices and are following the guidelines set by the city with extra precautions.

π£ The room is large and meets the space requirements set forth by the City. But we are limiting groups size to allow extra distancing space. We can easily practice safe social distancing while we exercise, stretch and meditate together.
π£ We are sanitizing before and after every session.
It is important, now more than ever, for all of us to take action steps toward being healthy and boosting our immune system by choosing health promoting foods, stepping outside to put our feet in the dirt, breathing fresh air, soaking up the sun and moving our bodies. I believe by taking action steps toward health, we can begin to step away from fear.
I challenge you to consider what you are doing right now, today. Is it serving you well? Are your actions promoting good health? Do you believe your next meal will serve your body well? When all of this is behind us, will you be better for it, or will you tell me that you gained weight because you ate everything in sight for days on end, while you binged on netflix?
