Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance We’re officially Elevate Sports Medicine & Performance! Hi friend. I’m Cassandra.

Formerly Positively Balanced Athletic Therapy, we’ve elevated our approach with integrated athletic therapy, chiropractic, performance training, and recovery services — all under one roof. I’m an athletic trainer who is trained in soft tissue techniques for injury and prevention and treatment based in Tulsa and Skiatook, Oklahoma. I hold a Bachelors degree in Health Education and Exercise Science

and a Masters degree in Athletic Training. I help people overcome injury and pain, so they can continue the workouts and fitness classes they enjoy. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, you are not your diagnosis, pain, or injury and there is always a way to get back to what you love. Some of the things that I can help you with include

Safely pursuing fitness classes while addressing post-pregnancy related issues diastasis, prolapse, or incontinence. Creating personalized post-rehab or injury prevention programs, so you can troubleshoot hip, knee, low back, or shoulder pain while continuing the activities that you enjoy. Reducing joint pain and discomfort through specialized manual therapy techniques, including cupping, rock tape, and instrument assisted massage. Assessing your form and offering feedback, so you can squat, lunge, and deadlift without pain. When I’m not working with clients, I can be found playing with my son and husband outside, gardening, cooking, and teaching movement classes.

Registration is now open for our Youth Boys Athlete Foundations program.

This 4-week small group training program is designed specifically for boys ages 8–13 to help build a strong athletic foundation through strength training, movement development, speed, agility, and injury prevention.

As an Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience, my goal is to help young athletes learn how to move well, train safely, and build confidence that carries into every sport they play.

Each session is fully coached and focuses on:

* Strength and conditioning fundamentals
* Speed and agility development
* Jumping and landing mechanics
* Coordination and body control
* Injury prevention and movement quality

June Round (4 weeks)
Ages 8–13
Monday & Wednesday at 5:00pm

Small group training (5–7 athletes max) allows for individualized coaching, proper progression, and a supportive training environment.

Spots are limited and filled on a first come, first served basis.

Registration is now open for our June round of Elevate Female Athlete Foundations.

This 8-week small group program is designed specifically for female athletes ages 9–15 and focuses on building the foundations that many young athletes are never formally taught:

Strength mechanics

Proper jumping and landing

Speed and agility fundamentals

Balance and coordination

Injury prevention strategies

As an Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 15 years of experience, my goal is to help female athletes build confidence, move well, and develop strength safely as they grow.

June Round (8 weeks)
Ages 9–15
Monday & Wednesday at 10:45am
$225 (1x/week)
$425 (2x/week)

Small groups. Individualized coaching. Intentional progression.

Spots are limited to keep coaching personal and effective.
