Let’s meet Zander!

Zander Perdue is a 2026 Skiatook graduate with five years of training experience and two years in personal training. He’s passionate about mastering the fundamentals and ensuring every session is done with safety first. Zander offers a variety of training styles, including longevity, muscle growth, strength, power, and sport-specific training. But at the core of it all, he encourages consistent daily improvement.
