what to expect:
Lexie will guide our Moon Circle by beginning with awakening & connecting with each sense using essential oils, tea, & visualization, to prepare our senses to delve deep into a guided grounding meditation. after mediation we' Il spend time journaling our experience and our relationship to our bodies and our senses, and learn and discuss ways in which we can deepen that connection and how we can replenish ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. We'll end with some pranayama (breathe work) to relax the body as we settle into a restorative pose for a closing sound bath.

what to expect:
Full moon is a time for reflection and release, as harness the full moon's energy to recognize our intentions of the previous weeks coming to fruition. Well soothe that excess energy moving through a powerful yoga class with the cabin lit up by starry lights and the full moon. In this darker setting we'll practice a Moon Salutation, known in Sanskrit as "Chandra Namaskara" to replenish energy and cool the body; breath, and mind at a time where we may be feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or overemotional. This Full Moon Flow will end with a deeply relaxing yoga nidra and release of excess heat in the body through breath.
