OMG OMG OMG! What a day we are having! So blessed, humbled, and grateful for today and being able to share space with the world renowned Craig Villani! It’s been a dream to be able to share his energy, knowledge, and humor with our communities…and somehow the Universe gifted us with this gift! So much fun and reflection…from an amazing master class to posture clinics and lectures…the weekend is only starting! Meet our new Epic Sub! Mira Shane! Mira is a Princeton- native, Brooklyn based yoga teacher whose practice is rooted in connection, and belonging through movement. After first taking class at Breathing Dragon in 2016, she was drawn back to yoga—and the heat—eventually committing to a regular practice in NYC after playing her pro lacrosse career. Years later, after finding her current yoga community and realizing she had practiced 26&2 before, Mira felt called to deepen her relationship with yoga and venture into teacher training.

Since completing her training, Mira has assisted with a teacher training in Costa Rica and taught classes throughout Brooklyn, approaching each offering with a commitment to mind, body, and soul. Grounded in her lived experience and passion for inclusive spaces, Mira creates classes that invite students to feel seen, supported, and fully present in their practice.

BIG SHOUT OUT & CONGRATULATIONS to Bill Spadea! 1000 hot, sweaty, challenging classes completed in the Dragon Den! A big time supporter during the pandemic, Bill got in many classes as private lessons, unwilling to take days off! Determination and perseverance have earned him these classes…He never complains, will say it was hot, but NEVER complains and always gracious! So grateful for the dedication, love, and support of the Spadeas! Here’s to many thousand more classes together! #1000
