Featuring two brand new, spacious studio rooms, locker rooms with shower facilities, certified and experienced instructors, Breathing Dragon Yoga offers students of all skill levels Bikram Method Hot Yoga classes. Practicing in a heated room, student s sweat out toxins and impurities during 90 minutes classes composed of 26 postures and two breathing exercises designed to:
•Strengthen muscles
•Reduce stress levels
•Reduce symptoms of chronic ailments
•Facilitate weight loss
•Focus the mind and breathe

Multiple classes are offered daily to accommodate even the busiest of schedules.
