Women are the heart of humanity — carrying life, resilience, hope, and love all at once.

Today is my peaceful day! What will you choose? 🕊️🤍🪽🫶🏻

The Buddha and the Angry Man ✨:

One day, while the Buddha was walking with his disciples, a furious man rushed toward him.

His face was burning with anger.
His words were harsh and full of bitterness.
He shouted, insulted, and tried again and again to provoke him.

The disciples became upset.
Some stepped forward and asked Buddha for permission to send the man away.

But the Buddha remained calm…
silent…
unmoved — like a deep lake that stays still even when the wind blows across its surface.

The man kept shouting until he had no strength left.
And when silence finally fell, the Buddha gently asked him:

“My friend, if someone offers you a gift, and you do not accept it… who does the gift belong to?”

The man, surprised by the question, replied,
“It belongs to the one who offered it.”

The Buddha smiled and said:

“In the same way, you came here to offer me anger, insults, and hatred.
But I do not accept them.
So they remain with you… not with me.”

The man stood speechless.
For the first time, he saw the truth clearly:

Anger has no power…
unless someone chooses to receive it.

🌿 Takeaway 🌿

Not every insult deserves a response.
Not every argument deserves your energy.

Sometimes the strongest thing you can do
is remain calm… and walk away with your peace.

Let others keep their anger.
You keep your peace.

As we approach Imbolc New Moon tomorrow, Marcus has written a blogpost about the eclipse. Link to blogpost in comments.

A Total Solar Eclipse brings the possibility for a planetary “reboot”, especially in that part of the world where the Eclipse shadow passes overhead. This was verified by the renowned dowser, Hamish Miller during the August 1999 Eclipse. He found that as the Eclipse shadow passed overhead, the Earth’s energy gridlines and ley lines in that area powered right down to become indiscernible to dowsing, apart from the north-south grid lines (which basically hold the whole Earth grid pattern together). Then when the shadow had passed, the energy lines all reappeared once again

So a Total Solar Eclipse is a bit like turning your computer off and then on again, to enable a problem to be resolved, and / or to allow a new programme to take effect. Eclipses enable the release of negative or shadow energies that are held within the Earth grids, or within the consciousness of the people where the Eclipse shadow passes. When the grids power down, this enables often long held negative energies that have become imprinted into the land or into the collective psyche, to be released for healing, as briefly there is nothing holding those energies in place. It is an opportunity to let go of past trauma, which may have been caused by conflict, abuse or dishonouring of the land, or of the people who live on that land.

At the same time as that release is going on, it becomes possible for the most positive healing potentials of the astrological pattern in the heavens above to become imprinted into the Earth below. This can enable positive change to take place within the land and the people. This can happen spontaneously to some extent, but the effects are greatly enhanced when people choose to work consciously with prayer, meditation or ceremony; the effects can be even greater when people gather at sacred sites where the eclipse shadow or planets are passing overhead. The people can then become the conduits for the heavenly energies to come to Earth, a bit like becoming the acupuncture needle that can effect change in the Earth’s subtle energy meridians
