The Emotion Sensation Wheel is a tool that helps us go beyond just “happy” or “sad” to uncover the real feelings underneath.

By naming our emotions more precisely, we gain clarity, strengthen communication, and open the door to healthier coping.

At Skyway, we use tools like this to help patients build emotional awareness, because when we can name it, we can work through it.

As we head into Labor Day weekend, we pause to recognize all forms of labor, the visible work that keeps our world moving and the invisible labor that so often goes unnoticed. Caregiving, emotional support, advocacy, and the countless ways people hold space for others deserve to be honored, too.
