This is a form of collective gaslighting.
It destabilizes one’s sense of reality, safety, and identity.
And it can lead to increased anxiety, isolation, and moral confusion.
If you’re feeling disoriented, dysregulated, or emotionally raw—you’re not overreacting.
You’re responding to real, ongoing psychological stress.
You deserve space to process that—without being told you’re the problem.
