TOMORROW our free support group for Skokie area teens continues! This next session of ASKING FOR A FRIEND will focus on the intersection of mental health and healthy eating. At Skokie Public Library on Tuesday, March 10th @ 4pm!

This free, drop-in mental health support program for teens is a collaboration between Turning Point Behavioral Health and Skokie Public Library and is generously supported by the Skokie Community Foundation.

Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO) at Northwestern University provides non-profits with meaningful strategic consulting services to achieve significant results in the community, while simultaneously fostering opportunities for students to develop professional skills and gain practical consulting experience. Skokie area teens! Mark your calendars for the next session of ASKING FOR A FRIEND at Skokie Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 3rd @ 4pm! This time we'll focus on navigating complex family dynamics. Family relationships can be complicated. In this session, we'll talk about common family challenges, learn practical tools for communication and boundaries, and build skills to cope with stress at home.
