Last week, NAMI CCNS was at Buffalo Grove High School for Go Lime Green - a program to educate and empower students in normalizing conversations about mental health through a week-long awareness event. We had such an amazing time meeting students and staff and seeing the support for mental health awareness. Thank you so much to NAMI Illinois, Allied World, FT Cares Foundation, The BG Mindful Movement, and Buffalo Grove High School!

ANAD This Is My Brave - The Show
An estimated 28.8 million Americans will have an eating disorder in their lifetime but unfortunately, many of these individuals suffer alone or in silence.
We seek to change that during #EatingDisordersAwarenessWeek by supporting our friends @anadhelp with their upcoming production of This Is My Brave - The Show.
This community event, live at Northwestern University and streaming online, features twenty-one brave individuals who will take the stage to share their eating disorder recovery journey through song, dance, spoken story, poem and more!
Together, we will end the silence and isolation of eating disorders.
