If you want to contribute but can't afford a box of diapers, you can bring a box of diaper wipes.

Many small businesses in Minnesota have shown us how businesses can join the resistance against the violation of our constitutional rights. Join Illinois Workers in Action and Sanctuary Niles Township in Niles on Monday morning, 3/2, to discuss what actions we should take now to compel our employers to prepare for the next CBP blitz in Chicagoland and brainstorm strategies to keep each other safe.

Imagine having a child in diapers with only 1-2 diapers left, no money to buy more, no money on your Ventra card, and the closest laundromat miles away.

🧷1 in 2 U.S. families with young children cannot afford enough diapers to keep their infant or child clean, dry, and healthy. These babies are more vulnerable to painful rashes and urinary tract infections and have more trips to the doctor.
🧷1 in 4 caregivers miss work or school because they can’t afford the diapers required by many childcare providers, missing an average of 5.1 workdays per month.
🧷Roughly 1 in 4 caregivers struggling with diaper costs have skipped meals to save money for diapers.
🧷81% of caregivers experiencing diaper insecurity reported feeling hopeless or depressed recently, compared to 46% of parents without such insecurity.

Support Niles Township families struggling with diaper need by donating diapers of any size to the Sanctuary Niles Township diaper drive through February 28th. You can drop off diapers in the bin outside my practice 24/7 or stop by any of the other drop off locations. It takes a community to raise a child - thanks for being part of ours.

Many families in Niles Township struggle to afford diapers, which are not covered by assistance programs. According to the National Diaper Bank Network, 1 in 2 U.S. families with children under the age of 3 struggle to afford enough diapers to keep their children clean, dry and healthy. Help by donating diapers of any size to the Sanctuary Niles Township Diaper Drive. Drop off anytime through 2/28 in the bin outside of my office at 5225 Old Orchard Rd Suite 24A.
