The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced changes to the validity period of the immigration medical exam report (Form I-693). As of November 1, 2023, any Form I-693 filled out and signed by an approved civil surgeon will remain valid indefinitely and will be accepted as proof of the applicant’s health status, regardless of the time limit.
