The journey from pre-teen, to adolescent, to young adult can be filled with many challenges—especially if you are trying to cope with issues of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, self injury or sexual orientation. My expertise lies in treating these issues within a framework of individual and family therapy as well as educational advocacy. I work from a family systems approach and believe that a therapist must look at how each area of life effects a teenager. I measure success in how a teen can balance those important areas of family, school, friends, spirituality, and work. I am committed to superior care, efficient and dedicated service, and effective results for adolescents in the Chicagoland area, including Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette, Highland Park, Roger's Park, Sauganash, and Glenview.
