✅ 84% participation in biometric screenings
✅ 34% overall engagement in our Condition Management Program
✅ 61% of biometric screening participants completing preventive care measures
✅ 11% reduction in PEPM medical plan costs

Peter brings not only operational expertise but also a heart for service and an appreciation for community-centered leadership.
