We’re excited to share that Presbyterian Living has been recognized with the Marsh McLennan Agency - Midwest MRMH Award for our ongoing dedication to employee wellness and creating a culture of health.

Key achievements include:

✅ 84% participation in biometric screenings
✅ 34% overall engagement in our Condition Management Program
✅ 61% of biometric screening participants completing preventive care measures
✅ 11% reduction in PEPM medical plan costs

With over 11 years of leadership experience in senior living and health care, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to our organization. Most recently, Peter served as Chief Operating Officer at Rogerson Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization in Boston known for its deep commitment to supporting older adults. Peter brings not only operational expertise but also a heart for service and an appreciation for community-centered leadership.

Presbyterian Living was proud to take part in this year’s LeadingAge Illinois Annual Conference! Our team had a great time connecting with industry peers and gaining valuable insights from the educational sessions.

It was exciting to see our CEO, Nadim Abi-Antoun, speak ahead of Wednesday’s keynote and our VP of IT, Ray Benegas, share expertise across multiple panels. We're looking forward to continuing these important industry conversations next year.
