1. Track your progress in more ways than just the lbs. on the scale.

2. Weight gain and Fat gain are not the same thing.

Your total body weight (TBW) will fluctuate at different times of the month due to water retention, muscle gain, etc.

3. If you are going to weigh yourself, get a BIA SCALE which allows you to track your bone mass, muscle mass, body water %, and body fat %.

So tell me if this is you? 👇🏾

I had three consultations this week and addressed the exact same question in all three meetings: ⬇️

“But what if I don’t get results because I gave up (like everything else)?”

Now… Let me start by saying this:

Your concern feels very valid because

👉🏾 You tried Keto and couldn’t stick to it.
👉🏾 You tried the fitness challenge and couldn’t stay consistent.
👉🏾 You bought the apps & trainer plans and never even started.

I get it.

But the reasons above are EXACTLY WHY you need a coach.

A coach is not a fad diet, or a “get ripped quick” scheme.

A coach shows you how to make small sustainable changes every day so you can transform your LIFE.

You’re building a new routine that will improve your life, not disrupt it.

We ain’t over here doing some “summer body challenge” where you crash diet a few pounds off. Then gain it all back by September.

With a coach you’re building a new life, you’re become a new and improved woman.

So don’t compare your previous outcomes to your new journey.

Because this isn’t like everything else you’ve done.

If you want something different, you have to do something different.

And now I’m off my soapbox for this Saturday afternoon….

Hey! I'm Crystal... Welcome!

My friends and family call me Crys... you can too. ​

​I am a seasoned personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition specialist. My own weight loss journey brought me to this career. Not because I'm a fitness ju**ie (even though I am), but because my weight loss journey helped me achieve so much more than just a fit body. My fitness journey helped me find ME. I found a strength (both mentally and physically) that I didn't think I was capable of. I found my voice, and I found my purpose. Today, I aim to be a blessing to others just as people were a blessing to me.

You realize what you're capable of when your "should" becomes a "must."
