This picture is 10 months apart. And I’m 48 pounds down. 👆
But honestly? The weight is only part of the story.
It started simple. I added Happy Juice for my mood and energy. That’s it. Just one thing.
Then I layered in the Skin to Mind collection ~ because my skin was telling on me and I was tired of it. 😅
Then Slim to Fit in January 2026 when I was ready to tackle the weight.
And 12 weeks ago I added Collagen ~ and my hair, nails, joints and skin have been on a whole other level since.
One thing at a time. No overwhelm. Just results that kept making me want to do more. 💛
This is exactly the approach I walk my clients through too ~ because sustainable change doesn’t come from overhauling everything at once.
I’m not going to sit here and tell you aging just sucks and that’s that. Because what I’ve learned as a wellness coach is that most of what we chalk up to “just getting older” actually has a root cause ~ and when you support your body from the inside out, things shift.
