Valentine’s Day is all about love and connection, but if pain is getting in the way of intimacy, it’s time to listen to your body! Here are 5 key tips for pain-free s*x:

1️⃣ Breathe & Relax – Tension in your pelvic floor can lead to discomfort. Practice deep belly breathing to help relax your muscles.

2️⃣ Lubrication is Key – Dryness can cause irritation and pain. Opt for a high-quality, body-safe lubricant to enhance comfort.

3️⃣ Check Your Posture – Poor posture can lead to tight pelvic muscles. Try stretching or gentle movement before intimacy.

4️⃣ Foreplay Matters – Giving your body time to relax and get aroused helps reduce discomfort. Slow things down and communicate with your partner.

5️⃣ Address Pelvic Floor Dysfunction – If pain persists, your pelvic floor might be overactive. Pelvic floor therapy can help you move past pain and enjoy intimacy again.
