We will be staying together in a beautiful private Airbnb where we’ll gather for movement, reflection, nourishing meals, sacred connection, and a creative body painting ritual designed to celebrate embodiment and feminine expression. Last Friday’s “Let’s Talk About It” hosted by 🤍✨
Thank you for showing up with open hearts, honest questions, and the courage to explore your faith in a new way. A sacred space was created together.
This class is for those who were raised in religion but feel the ground shifting beneath their beliefs. Together we’re exploring the mystical path of Jesus beyond shame, rigid rules, and fear. Returning to a faith rooted in love, presence, and inner truth 💛
You do not have to have it all figured out.

Last night’s Acudetox class was deeply restorative and profoundly relaxing 🌧️
As delicate rain fell on the tin roof, we were snuggled under blankets in zero gravity chairs, binaural beats gently lulling us into a peaceful state. The room felt grounded, warm, and safe. A true exhale for the nervous system 🤍
Through gentle group acupuncture in the ears, specific points connected to associated organs such as the liver, lungs, kidneys, and heart were activated to support detoxification, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation.
With Julie Clark Church expert guidance, we settled into parasympathetic rest, that healing space where the body can truly restore. She is helping heal our community through education and practical tools that give us agency in working with our own nervous systems. Empowering. Gentle. Powerful ✨

Still feeling the warmth from our women’s circle and cacao ceremony this past Wednesday 🤍✨
We gathered to gently awaken into the spring season 🌱 Not by forcing or rushing, but by listening, softening, and allowing. Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, we explored how spring invites renewal through steady care, grounded movement, and nourishing our Liver energy.
Together we rooted down with a grounding acupressure point meditation 🌀 We shared gentle Qi Gong movements to get the blood flowing and support the liver 💫 We nourished our bodies with simple, intentional foods including rice cooked in miso broth with kale and collard greens 🍚🥬 topped with lightly spicy kimchi and spring onions, Warm sautéed apples with cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coconut oil, and coconut sugar 🍎 And a liver stimulating hot water with ginger and lemon ☕🍋
So much wisdom, presence, vulnerability, and connection was shared in the circle 💞 Deep gratitude to all the brave new faces who joined us for the first time, and to the returning women, including those who found their way back after some time away. Your energy truly made the evening what it was ✨
A heartfelt thank you to our beautiful guest guides Sarah G and Sarah S for leading such a powerful group meditation on peace 🕊️🤍 The collective intention and calm is still rippling outward.

✨ Women’s Circle at Christina’s Therapeutic Touch ✨
Since the beginning of time, women have gathered in circles to listen, share, and remember who we are 💛
Our women’s circle at Christina’s Therapeutic Touch is a welcoming space with no hierarchy. All are welcome 🤍 We listen without judgment, speak from the heart, and honor silence as much as sharing.
Each gathering begins with a simple presence practice, often with heart opening cacao or a special tea 🍵 helping us arrive fully and soften into connection.
Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine, a set of principles that has personally been a large part of my healing journey, we move through the seasons together 🌿 supporting our bodies with seasonal nourishment, conscious breath, and gentle Qi Gong movement. We share real life experiences and often enjoy a curated craft project or a guest speaker offering a holistic practice or tool ✨

Feeling so full after our women’s circle cacao ceremony Wednesday night 🤍✨
Thank you to the women who joined us, both new and returning, for showing up with open hearts. Your willingness to be vulnerable, to share your lived wisdom, and to truly hold space for one another is what makes this circle so powerful 🌿
Together we explored gentle tools of movement, food, and breath to support the kidneys and bladder during Water season in Traditional Chinese Medicine 💧❄️ A time to slow down, nourish deeply, and build our reserves. We also gathered to create our own fire cider for the medicine cabinet, a warming ally to help bolster the immune system through cold and flu season 🔥🍎🌶️
Grateful for this community, the laughter, the listening, and the deep care we offer each other. This is what healing together looks like 💫

Originally I was planning on holding a women’s retreat 🌊
What unfolded was something different and exactly what was meant to be.
Plans shifted. The container widened. In that flexibility, something deeply meaningful emerged ✨
We explored and wandered with curiosity and courage 🌿 shared meals 🍲 moved energy through qigong 🌬️ rested in sound baths 🎶 drummed under the stars 🥁 and witnessed the everyday magic of life by the lake. Kids laughing, water shimmering, hearts opening 🤍
This journey was equal parts healing and adventure. A reminder that growth often asks us to step beyond the plan and into the unknown 🔥🌙
To those who felt the call and made the journey, thank you. You helped create something truly special.
More adventures are coming. If you feel the pull, We would love to share the next one with you ✨🧭
