This is a help wanted post so please share.
2 positions, $15 per hour, must be able to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, have bank account for direct deposit, and be mature.
1. Housekeeper - cleans rentals, bathrooms and clubhouses, laundry, basic household repair. 20-34 hours M-Th, Weekends on call as needed.
2. Lawn and Maintenance - main job is grass and tree trimming, other jobs include landscaping, roof cleaning, pressure washing, small engine repair, and assisting maintenance manager. 20-28 hours M-Th.
