✅ Teach them to thoroughly wash their hands throughout the day — for 20+ seconds.
✅ Make sure they know not to share drinks or snacks.
✅ Show them how to cough and sneeze into elbows, or into a tissue, instead of their hands or —eww — uncovered.
✅ Keep sick kiddos home to prevent spreading illness to others and getting reinfected.
