"Before I began physical therapy, I had pain putting any weight on my right leg due to a hip injury (strained during a run). This not only prevented me from running, but also caused pain walking during my normal daily activities. Now that I have competed the physical therapy plan, that Jena customized for me, I can walk for extensive mileage and run for short times without pain.
