We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and dependable
✨ Organized and detail-oriented
✨ Comfortable and efficient with computer work
✨ Able to multitask in a busy office setting
✨ Experienced in health insurance/billing or front office duties (preferred)

Job responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing front desk tasks
• Billing/insurance and payment processing
• General office support

Previous experience in front office work, receptionist duties, or billing is a plus!

Daniel Cayce, DPT has served as a physical therapist in South Arkansas for 12 years. He has been employed with Precision One Therapy since 2015. He has been a Clinic Director in Camden and also Fordyce clinic since we opened in 2024. He has been an intricate part of our growth and expansion. PSA: Precision One Therapy’s billing department has identified several insurance changes for 2026. Many plans now have higher deductibles, some deductibles have been replaced with copays, and copays themselves have increased. Out-of-pocket maximums have also gone up for many policies.

If you’re planning any services that require medical insurance, we strongly recommend checking your benefits in advance so there are no surprises.

If you’re scheduled for surgery or have a condition that requires therapy, please reach out to one of our clinics next week. Our team will be happy to help you review your coverage and provide accurate information.
