Sena Kean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility located in Smethport, Pennsylvania. Offering services such as Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapy, Stroke Recovery, Cardiac Care, Dementia and Alzheimers Care. We also offer compassionate and supportive care in a residential atmosphere for patients with advanced illness to achieve the highest quality of life practicable. A team of nurses, therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals deliver an integrated team approach to the residents. Our medical and physical rehabilitation programs feature physician directed care plans, social services, and discharge planning. Sena Kean offers admissions 7 DAYS A WEEK along with therapeutic recreational activities, three daily meals and nutritional monitoring. Our admissions coordinator is available to assist you during regular business hours and provide more information to patients and their families by calling 814-887-5601

In loving memory of former Sena Kean nurse Jessica Smith who tragically passed away in a car accident at the beginning of this year, her husband Travis, daughter Lexi (who continues Jess’s legacy here as a CNA and future LPN), and her other children donated pumpkins for our residents to paint.

Jessica was not only an incredible nurse but also a wonderful friend, and she is deeply missed by all of us here at Sena Kean. Thank you to the Smith family for allowing us to honor her memory in such a meaningful way. 🕊️
