Today marks 6 years since we moved out of our traditional long-term care facility and into our brand new greenhouse homes. 💚
What a journey it’s been filled with meaningful relationships, personalized care, and the comfort of truly living in a home.
We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for every person who has been part of this transformation. Here’s to 6 incredible years and many more ahead! 🎉
