As of March 2026, nearly 90,000 bottles of Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension (100 mg per 5 mL) have been voluntarily recalled nationwide. The recall, initiated by Strides Pharma Inc., is due to potential contamination, specifically a “gel-like mass and black particles” found in the medication
