Hometown Direct Primary Care will be closing at 2pm today Monday, September 16th due to the weather for the safety of our employees. We will reopen tomorrow at 8:30am.

Hometown Direct Primary Care will be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th. We will reopen on Monday, July 8th at 8:30am.

Starting this week (June 24), we will now be in our Coats office on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We will be in our Smithfield office only on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our phone number 919-901-7344 will get us at either office.

Hometown Direct Primary Care is excited to announce the opening of a new office site in Coats. The new office location will be open on Tuesdays and Fridays, starting in April. I will be seeing patients in the Smithfield office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for now. The new office address is 124 E Stewart Street, Coats, NC 27521 and is located beside NAPA Auto on Hwy 27. We are planning an open house for the new office at a later date. Our phone number will not change, and you can reach us at either office using the main office number 919-901-7344.

Gradually, we will increase days at the Coats office as it will become our main office location. Although I understand this location will not be ideal for all of our patients, it is significantly closer to my home and my children's schools (15 min vs 45min). As my kids are now both teenagers, I need to be more accessible to my family. My hope is all of our patients will understand and come see us at the new office!

Due to the bad weather expected overnight, Hometown Direct Primary Care office will be closed until noon tomorrow, Thursday August 31st, for the safety of our staff.
