Our “workshop” is open Monday through Friday, and yes—even Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM for walk-ins at our Same Day Care, no appointment or prior patient history needed! 🎁

🍔✨ Sweet & Tangy Chicken Burgers ✨🍔
Looking for a fresh spin on burger night? Try these juicy, flavor-packed chicken burgers infused with warm spices and brushed with pomegranate molasses for that irresistible sweet & tangy glaze.

Here’s what you’ll need:
🥄 2 tbsp olive oil
🧅 1 large onion, finely chopped
🌿 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp coriander
🌶 ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🌿 ¼ cup chopped parsley
🍗 1 lb lean ground chicken
🥣 ¼ cup plain yogurt
🧂 1½ tsp kosher salt + black pepper
🍯 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses (for brushing)

Toppings:
🍞 4 toasted whole wheat buns
🍅 Sliced tomato
🥒 Sliced cucumber
🧅 Red onion rings
🥬 Crisp lettuce

How to make them:

Sauté onion, spices, salt & pepper in olive oil until soft (5 min).

Stir in garlic and parsley—cook until fragrant (1 min).

Cool slightly, then mix with ground chicken & yogurt.

Form into 4 patties and cook in a nonstick skillet (5–6 min each side).

Brush with pomegranate molasses and let rest 5 minutes.

Build your burger with your favorite fixings and enjoy!
