Dr Broselow was from Western NC. I had the privilege of meeting him once about 20 years ago. I was always fascinated by the inception of this device.

A nurse who was with him when they invented it was in a CPR class when I first opened my company. She talked about the rationale of how it was created, which basically came down to understanding that if we could predict growth percentile based on height and weight, then we had what we needed to predict the average size of a child.

This tape is a gold standard still today and has impact more lives than we will ever know.

He was a trailblazer and a very kind man.

I spent the last two days attending and speaking at the Nurse Millionaire leadership conference hosted by 50+ amazing nurses from across the country came to pour into themselves and learn more about being an entrepreneur. I can’t begin to decide the power and energy that it generated. Viola Pierce is walking her purpose and leading a slew of others who are making an impact. I’m so proud of every person who attended and congratulate those who chose to enter the Inner Circle for the next year. It’s going to be transformative! Those who attended, share one thing that stood out the most!
