Ladders to Leaders

Ladders to Leaders Building big lives through small business.

Most importantly, L2L taps into the powerful energy and synchronicity that comes with the realization that the principles of spirituality-based recovery - i.e., personal responsibility, rigorous honesty, accountability, integrity, financial autonomy, purpose-based living, networking, marketing through attraction rather than promotion - are exactly the same principles a man or woman calls upon to b

uild a successful and satisfying business enterprise or career. The integration of the work of recovery with the work of well, just plain old-fashioned hard-work is a formidable and beautiful thing to witness.

April is Second Chance Awareness Month a time to recognize that everyone deserves an opportunity to rebuild, grow, and succeed.

We’re proud to share that Ladders to Leaders is partnering with the Department of Corrections to support individuals transitioning out of correctional facilities. Together, we are collecting men’s clothing (new or gently used) to help provide a fresh start and restore dignity for those reentering our communities.

Clothing may seem simple, but it can make a powerful difference in helping individuals feel confident as they pursue employment, housing, and stability.

If you’re able to contribute, your donation can directly impact someone’s second chance. If you can’t make it to the listed drop-off dates and times, feel free to send us a message and we would be happy to arrange a pickup.

Let’s come together to support change, reduce barriers, and uplift our community.

✨🎄 What an incredible night!🎄✨

The Ladders To Leaders Christmas Toy Giveaway was a huge success, and our hearts are so full! We are beyond grateful to everyone who showed up, volunteered, donated, and supported this event your time, energy, and love truly made the magic happen. 💖

A special thank you to the amazing businesses and nonprofits who partnered with us to make this possible: Serenity Treatment Center, Inc., Conservit, Inc., Children In Need, Inc., Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Voices of Recovery through BHS-Washington County Health Department, Otterbein United Methodist Church, and of course the incredible Ladders to Leaders crew we couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌
