The flu is raging ⚠️⛔️‼️ Please note that if you are not feeling well, it is imperative that you reschedule your appointment. Similarly, if you are feeling fine but a household member has contracted the flu, please reschedule. I maintain a strict policy of not working with individuals who exhibit symptoms of a cold or light cough. As massage therapy involves close proximity and shared breathing space for an extended period, the risk of viral transmission is heightened. To ensure a safe environment for myself, clients, and workspace, I must be vigilant. If you are uncertain about whether to attend or reschedule your appointment, please contact me so that we can assess the situation together. Let us collaborate to maintain health and overcome this outbreak. This too shall pass. Thank you 😊

Please be mindful
of several viruses going around. While covid is still low, noro virus and whooping cough along with some other bad bugs are rampant currently and if you are not feeling well don’t come to get a massage. I will start screening before your massage and if anyone has a cough or nasal congestion then we have to re schedule. If you have been exposed to covid wait 3 weeks even if you have no symptoms. If someone in your household is sick please re schedule as you could likely be incubating the virus while feeling fine.

I have a rigid protocol to keep cross infections down to protect all my clients and myself.
