Our COVID strategy:
1. All staff report their temp and & symptoms prior to each shift to our nurse.
2. All staff have the proper PPE to insure safety. We exceed CDC recommendations and have met COVID original guidelines since day 1 of this pandemic.
3. All staff are paid for days off for days off needed for COVID. They don’t lose their job or income.
4. Our philosophy of “continuity of care” has been very interval in keeping people our clients come in contact with to a minimum.
4. All clients homes are decontaminated each shift. This means our staff use COVID specific germicides on all “high touch” objects every single shift.

We are in constant contact with our staff and clients. Doing our best to help out and prepare them. Quarantine will start tomorrow. Certain home bound elderly really need extra help during this time.

We are looking for a compassionate, attentive Companion to care for and assist our clients to ensure they lead safe, healthy lives. The Companion will take care of basic housekeeping, prepare meals, remind clients to take medication, help clients engage in activities and social events, and perform other tasks to help clients feel safe and supported. Located only in Nassau and Suffolk.
