Life-changing Surgical Results!

Dr. Marotta performed a “Extended Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with fat repositioning” which is essentially a “Deep Plane” eyelid lift where he elevated the muscle extensively, using the herniated orbital fat as pedicles to volumize the lower lid, excise redundant muscle and skin, and suspend the lower lid complex to lift the entire lower lid/upper cheek. A lateral canthopexy is also done to further strengthen the repair. Microfat transfer was done to volumize the midface (cheeks) and a chemical peel to help with crepey skin. Upper blepharoplasty was also performed.

The result: Facial Rejuvenation! ✨
