My time in the sukkah for Sukkot was graced by 2 time Welterweight World Champion, Yuri Foreman.

He talked to us about his journey from Belarus to Israel and finally to Brooklyn. His experiences and how he got into boxing...Practicing at the Arab gyms in Israel then being accepted in the boxing world there.

Yuri also talked about how little he considered religion. The Soviet Union did not let one forget they were Jewish... and not in a positive way. So Yuri and his family did not practice nor follow the faith. But eventually, in Brooklyn, he discovered his Jewish roots, embraced them, and found his life gleaming with synchronicity.

A very humble and approachable mensch! Thank you to Rabbi Motti Grossbaum for hosting!!!

Head of the harbor/Nissequogue peeps. My sea eagle stand up inflatable paddleboard in a blue bag was taken from in front of 21 Highland Ave in HOTH. Maybe someone thought it was garbage? It was on the corner of my family's driveway while I was inside getting ready.

It is taken our government way too long to finally ban this component that is in our food supply. Our population has been poisoned long enough.

We are entitled to an FDA that does its job..hopefully this is the beginning of the FDA taking a serious look at industrial chemicals masquerading around as food ingredients.

An ingredient once commonly used in citrus-flavored sodas to keep the tangy taste mixed thoroughly through the beverage could finally be banned for good across the US.
